terms of service
i have the right to post your commission on any of my social media, use it for commercial use and stream the process on either picarto or twitch
private commissions will have a fee of an additional 10% of the base price
i reserve the right to reject your commission for any of my personal reasons
i will send a finished sketch and the final full-resolution version, and will not send more updates in between work unless asked to do so
any fixes that are on "my mistake" or any missed details will be free of charge
i need a clear visual reference to what I'll be working with, and I will not be taking fully shaded pieces or written description as a reference
usage
commissioner may use my work for non-commercial purposes
commissioner may use the artwork as a wallpaper/header/avatar etc. given proper credit
commissioner may print out the artwork on paper, accessories or shirts
commissioner may add text over my artwork, crop in any form or make smaller edits as long as it's stated that it's been edited upon posting
commissioner may not remove my watermark from the artwork, doing so will get them blacklisted from future commissions

ADOPTS
​
you are allowed to re-design the acquired adoptable as long as credit is given to me as the original artist and the newer design still somewhat resembles the old one
it may not be resold for a higher price than bought for, unless extra art has been required which would boost the price
the adoptables may be traded and/or gifted

you may not copy/trace my artwork, even if commissioned to draw the piece
do not dm me on any social media for a casual talk, unless we are mutuals
mutuals can purchase any type of commission from me even if no slots are available, though I may have to put a date on when the commission will be started
I do not work on a first come first serve basis
I may work up to 2 months max on your commission
